1. Platform Overview & Eligibility

By visiting Bibbu.in and placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact and address details during checkout.

2. Products, Catalog & Pricing

• Indian Rupees (INR): All prices listed on Bibbu.in are strictly in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Pricing Transparency: Product specifications, demo visuals, and prices are displayed transparently. We reserve the right to revise prices or discontinue products based on market inventory without prior notice.
• Product Representations: While we make every effort to display true colours and dimensions, actual product finish may vary slightly due to device screen calibrations and batch packaging.

3. Orders & Payment Options

We support multiple convenient payment options across India:

• Prepaid Online Payments: Processed through RBI-licensed payment aggregators (Razorpay). Accepted methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and Net Banking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across serviceable pin codes. For COD orders, our automated system or support team may verify the delivery address via SMS/WhatsApp before courier dispatch.
• Order Rejection/Cancellation Right: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if the delivery PIN code is unserviceable by logistics partners, if duplicate entries occur, or if fraudulent intent is suspected.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Doorstep Verification

Orders are dispatched within 12–24 business hours from our fulfillment hub. Standard delivery across India takes 2 to 5 business days. Once handed over to our courier partners (Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees), live AWB tracking details are shared with the customer via SMS/WhatsApp.

5. 7-Day Replacement & Cancellation

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product graphics, UI layouts, brand logos, and written descriptions published on Bibbu.in are the intellectual property of Bibbu.in and Sayyad Mohammad Shubair, or used with proper vendor authorization. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate purchase agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to transactions on Bibbu.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
